Behind Maxiloto is a small local business and a team that puts time, effort and care into its work. Our digital activities are part of that story, alongside the personal service at our office in Gijón.

This milestone gives us an opportunity to thank our customers for their support, both those who have known us for years and those who have come to know Maxiloto more recently.

For a small business, digital work goes hand in hand with the everyday running of the office. Organising both takes dedication and reminds us that behind every screen there are people who need clear answers.

A digital project that needs everyday care

A website and an app need attention after they go live, too. Alongside developing new features, content needs reviewing, issues need addressing and information needs keeping up to date.

On our website, we are reviewing older articles, links and the way content appears on different screen sizes. The aim is to make the text clear, display images correctly and make information easier to read on a mobile phone.

Listening, caring about the details and improving

We continue to work on our website and app. Listening to your questions and suggestions, keeping information up to date and taking care of customer service are part of our everyday work.

When you send us a suggestion or let us know something is not working properly, you help us identify specific problems. Explaining which screen it happens on and what you were trying to read helps us look into it.
